Privacy Policy
Effective: October 9, 2026
iandpdf is a browser-based toolkit for PDF, image and ZIP files. This policy explains how information is handled when you use iandpdf.com.
1. Files you process
Supported file processing features operate in your browser. Files selected for these tools are not intentionally uploaded to our application server for processing. Downloaded results are saved through your browser. Third-party scripts may be loaded to provide tool functionality.
2. Visitor statistics and local storage
To estimate unique visitors, the site creates a random visitor identifier and stores it in your browser's local storage. The identifier is sent to a Supabase-hosted endpoint for visitor counting. We also store your language preference and the time of your last feedback submission to support the interface and limit repeated submissions.
3. Reviews and feedback
If you submit a review, the site sends the selected tool, star rating, feedback category, your comment and a Turnstile verification token to our feedback endpoint. Reviews may be moderated and approved comments may be shown publicly. Do not include personal details or confidential document contents in reviews.
4. External services
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse verification, Supabase for feedback and visitor statistics, and third-party CDNs for browser libraries. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata under their own policies.
5. Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to limit abuse and protect submitted information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Retention and deletion periods for server logs and third-party services depend on their configurations and applicable policies; we do not claim a fixed deletion schedule here.
6. Your choices
You can clear local storage in your browser to remove locally stored identifiers and preferences. You can choose not to submit feedback. To ask about a published review or privacy concern, use the contact page.
7. Updates
We may update this policy as features or service providers change. The current version will be published on this page.
